Kohler Mira Ltd seeks an experienced Campaigns Project Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns within the Brand and Communications team. You will be the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, driving schedules, briefs and budgets to deliver impactful campaigns.

Based in the UK, you will collaborate with creative, digital and media teams to ensure campaigns meet objectives, on time, on brief and within budget, while contributing to continuous process improvements and ROI insights.

To help us reach our goals we’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Campaigns Project Manager to join our Brand and Communications team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, responsible for building strong relationships and managing projects end to end. Your strong project management skills and attention to detail will be essential to ensuring our campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the day-to-day contact for internal stakeholders, managing the project schedule, progress and milestones.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships through timely, clear communication and effective project management
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure everyone is informed and aligns to the campaign objectives.
• Understand business goals and translate them into actionable briefs

Project & Campaign Delivery

• Understand campaign objectives and alignment to the business strategy.
• Distills and translates briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across channels and stakeholders
• Coordinate internal and external teams (creative, digital, media, etc.) to deliver work on time and in budget

Develop and manage timelines, scopes, and budgets

• Tracks and monitors project costs to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
• Ensure work is delivered to a high standard and aligned with the brand strategy

Strategic & Commercial Support

• Manage campaign planning, agency proposals, estimates and cost tracking
• Monitor campaign performance, spend, and ROI
• Contribute ideas and insights that improve campaign effectiveness

Quality & Process

• Ensure briefs are clear, robust and on brand
• Support continuous improvement of campaign processes and ways of working
• Identify risks to campaigns, implement mitigations and solutions to keep campaigns on track

Skills/Requirements

Essential

• Proven experience as a Campaigns Project Manager (or similar) within a marketing department or a creative or digital agency
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities under pressure
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience

Desirable

• Experience across digital, integrated, or multi‑channel campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and reporting
• Experience using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Workamajig)
