Job summary

Chelsea Peers in London is seeking a Production Manager to lead the end-to-end production of campaign and e-commerce content, owning the Marketing critical path to ensure projects are planned, resourced and delivered on time and on budget.

You will partner with the Senior Creative to translate ideas into high-quality, on-brand content, supervise the Junior Producer and Production Assistant, and drive efficient workflows across Brand, Creative and channel teams to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on production experience in fashion e-commerce campaigns and photography/video
• Ability to manage shoots end-to-end, including international locations
• Proven project management skills with multiple timelines and dependencies
• Experience owning large shoot budgets and managing suppliers/partners
• Strong creative eye with ability to translate ideas into practical production plans
• Highly organised with excellent communication across multiple teams
• Comfortable travelling internationally for campaigns

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of campaign shoot production from pre-production to post-production
• Manage on-set production, shot lists and scheduling to meet channel requirements
• Oversee post-production, retouching and delivery of assets across channels
• Oversee e-commerce shoot planning by the Junior Producer, with clear priorities and timelines
• Own the Marketing critical path and coordinate with Brand, Creative and channel leads
• Manage budgets, forecasting and supplier relationships across campaigns and shoots
• Develop the production team and streamline workflows for efficiency
