Job summary

NADINE MERABI is seeking a Creative Producer to plan and coordinate campaign and content productions from brief through to final handover. You will translate approved briefs into clear production plans, schedules and asset handover, coordinating pre-prod, shoot days and post-production with a focus on brand standards.

Role requires strong organisation, budgeting, supplier management and on-set support in a fashion/ luxury context, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in creative, content or shoot production.
• Strong end-to-end production coordination skills across pre-production, shoot delivery and post-production.
• Excellent organisation and time management with multiple deadlines.
• Experience sourcing freelancers or suppliers, negotiating rates and bookings.
• Confidence maintaining budgets, cost trackers and invoices.
• Hands-on experience coordinating samples or product for shoots.

Responsibilities

• Production planning: translate briefs into production plans and schedules.
• Production documentation: create call sheets, shot lists and cost trackers.
• Freelancers and suppliers: source, brief, book and coordinate crews and studios.
• Rate negotiation and bookings within budgets with written confirmations.
• On-set coordination: support shoot days and keep the schedule moving.
• Post-production: coordinate selects, edits and approvals to schedule.
