A leading insurance and financial services company in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Customer Selections and Analytics Team Leader to oversee data-driven campaign management. The role involves leading a team, ensuring quality processes, and employing statistical techniques to enhance campaign performance. Applicants should have advanced SQL skills and a solid background in marketing analytics. This position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary up to £45,000.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in shaping how we plan, prioritise and deliver customer selections and campaign evaluations. Leading a team of 6 Analysts in the delivery of all direct mail and email campaigns across personal line, commercial lines and financial services.
In this role, you’ll oversee the full end-to-end process, from building and maintaining a clear plan of activity, through to delivering high-quality selections and insightful evaluations that empower the business to make smarter, data-driven decisions. You’ll design and implement robust quality assurance processes, ensuring regulatory standards are met and outputs are always fit for purpose. Owning the planning and prioritisation process working with campaign managers and head of marketing to ensure all campaigns, reporting & analysis can be delivered.
Collaboration will be key, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to guide them through the prioritisation process, support your team in planning workflow and resourcing, and act as a subject matter expert on data, campaign briefs and evaluation. You’ll also have the chance to influence the future of our campaign capabilities, exploring new tools, data integrations and techniques to drive continuous improvement. You will also work with the technical lead to ensure all data required for campaigns and analysis is developed and delivered on time and develop reporting and statistical analysis to support the evaluation of marketing performance.
As a leader, you’ll motivate, develop and inspire your team, making sure they have the right skills, clear objectives and opportunities to grow. You’ll champion best practice, build strong reporting and insight capabilities, and help us stay one step ahead in how we use data to deliver impactful, customer-focused campaigns.

You’ll bring strong technical expertise and a passion for turning data into meaningful insight. With advanced SQL skills and hands‑on experience in marketing analytics, you’re confident applying statistical techniques, from control cells and significance testing to regression analysis, to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
You’ve successfully planned and delivered marketing campaigns and evaluations before, and you know how to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience with tools such as Power BI (or similar) means you can present insights in a compelling way to stakeholders at all levels.
