Campaign Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager/CRM Marketing Manager/Senior Digital Marketing Manager

The Senior Manager - Marketing is a strategic marketing leader - a thinker, innovator, and motivator - with a proven record in developing and delivering high-performing marketing plans. This role requires a strong background in marketing management, customer insight, and campaign leadership to drive response, conversion, and customer growth across the full marketing mix.

You'll be responsible for understanding customer motivations, building compelling value propositions, and leading a team to deliver measurable business outcomes through data-driven and creative marketing strategies.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in marketing management and strategic planning within a large or regulated organisation, with a focus on Campaigns and D2C/B2C.
  • Strong track record in developing and delivering customer value propositions that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt campaigns to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Skilled in evaluating creative work for clarity, positioning, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and media schedules to strict timelines.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and present at senior leadership level.
  • Experienced in team leadership, fostering motivation, collaboration, and inclusion.
  • Understanding of regulated marketing environments, ideally within financial services or insurance.
  • Strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
