Marketing Campaign Executive

About the role: You will provide dynamic and experienced customer campaign marketing support to the PaySuite marketing team.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate and work with the PaySuite marketing team on the set‑up and creation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Review and report on performance, using data to optimise future campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the senior demand gen team and digital squad colleagues to deliver campaign and sales materials to deadlines, ensuring cohesive messaging and consistent branding. Build and maintain strong relationships within marketing and digital teams, sales, pre‑sales and BDR, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the campaign process.
  • Ensure sales and BDRs are equipped with the material they need to follow up on all leads to ensure a high MQL to SQL conversion rate.
  • Campaign Coordination and Traffic Management: Coordinate campaigns across divisions to manage frequency appropriately and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Provide comprehensive reporting on campaign performance and pipeline generation, including metrics analysis and league tables.
Key skills and experiences
  • Campaign & AI in Marketing: Demonstrated proficiency in campaign execution across multiple marketing channels with ability to copywrite for customers and new business prospects.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing performance—such as content generation and creative execution to drive more efficient, personalised, and scalable campaign strategies.
  • Experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment, executing campaigns and supporting senior members with reporting and next steps. Proven ability to embed new practices, drive continuous improvement, and manage multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities while maintaining a focus on delivery.
  • Stakeholder and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of clearly and concisely presenting information.
  • Qualifications and Tools: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with tools like Asana is a plus, though not essential.
