Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Campaign Manager to drive strategic growth of support contracts across the Electronics Division. You will lead Integrated Campaign Teams and engage with primes, OEMs, and end users in the UK and internationally to win high-value opportunities.

The role requires leadership when coordinating with Commercial, Capability, Programme Management, Engineering and Finance, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including government agencies that support exports.

Qualifications

• Understanding of domestic and international defence and aerospace markets.
• Proven success in strategic selling and complex captures.
• Comfortable with market and competitor analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to win business in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with platform primes, OEMs, and end users in the UK and overseas.
• Influence requirements and shape opportunities at senior internal stakeholders.
