At the heart of the business is the TEAM LEWIS Foundation (TLF), a non-profit charitable entity. Since its launch in 2021, it has funded over 2,700 causes. The TLF promotes a wide variety of social, cultural, and environmental causes that benefit society. Community charities are championed by employees who, in addition to the financial donation, volunteer their time and skills to maximize the grants’ effectiveness.

Purpose of the role

The Campaign Executive with have both the resilience and gravitas to successfully support clients and the wider team. They will hold a variety of responsibilities and complete a wide range of exciting and challenging work that includes frequent client contact, participating in new business activity, arranging events and marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Capital Markets team on a broad range of tasks
  • Compiling media and analyst coverage reports, research
  • Day to day client contact and managing relationships where appropriate
  • Provision of advice and guidance to clients
  • Ensuring efficient, high-quality day to day delivery of client programmes
  • Driving and coordinating media and analyst relations activity
  • Drafting written materials that are well-informed and audience appropriate, requiring minimal input from senior team members
  • Assisting in the development of new business proposals and pitch presentations
  • Planning and managing the organisation of client events
  • Drafting press releases and handling RNS announcements
  • Building media and sell-side analyst relations skills
  • Timely completion of timesheets
Qualifications
  • You can be a school/college leaver, career switcher or a university graduate - open to all!
  • Motivated, enthusiastic team player with an affinity for business and communications
  • Communications experience and an understanding of the media- experience inCapital Markets preferred but not required
  • Interest and enthusiasm for the City and Capital Markets communications
  • Passion for the media, current affairs and business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven verbal and written ability in English and local languages
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical, creative and inquisitive
  • Time management skills, including adapting to changing priorities and multi-tasking to deliver to deadlines
