Are you an experienced Youth Worker seeking a new opportunity helping support hard‑to‑reach youth groups? We offer a one‑year fixed‑term Youth Worker role, full time within CAMHS, to support a Health Inequalities project.
In this role you will help explore the causes and barriers preventing certain groups from accessing our services and identify ways to improve access for boys, ethnic minorities, Roma communities, the global majority, and young people out of education. You will also audit representation across BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) and work flexibly to meet community needs.
