The post holder will be operationally and clinically accountable for the direct delivery of the multi-professional clinical care service for the CAMHS Triage & Assessment Team and will manage a range of staff from different professional and non-professional backgrounds.

The post holder will contribute to decision making of the CAMHS Service Line, participating in a range of meetings and forums requiring accountability for service delivery.
The post holder will be the budget holder for the Team. Be responsible for holding and monitoring the budget and for the procurement and maintenance of physical assets and supplies for the service.
The post holder will contribute to the setting of the budget for the service, working alongside the Finance Manager.
To be accountable for the teams budget and attend finance meetings, justifying team expenditure.
Working in partnership with other professional leads to ensure that the service area is able to meet its performance and quality targets.
Will assist in services transformational change to encompass the need for change within the service. These will be highlighted by NHS England, NHS 10 Year plan and CCGs.
