Job summary

The Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting to a role providing non-urgent telephone support and advice to children, young people and families with open CAMHS referrals, under clinical supervision.

You will work with Clinical Leads, participate in regular MDT meetings, skills supervision sessions and one-to-one supervision, and you may travel across Worcestershire to meet service needs.

• Engage in MDT meetings, skills supervision sessions, and 1:1 clinical supervision and line management meetings.

Job description

With support from Clinical Leads, you will actively contribute to the duty rota system, providing non-urgent / non-emergency telephone support and advice to children, young people and families who have an open referral to Core CAMHS. You will be supported to reflect in and on practice within our regular MDT meetings, skills supervision sessions, and during your 1:1 clinical supervision and line management meetings. The service operates across Worcestershire with bases in Worcester, Redditch and Kidderminster. Base preference can be discussed by the successful applicant post interview. Travel may be required to meet the demands of the service. Travel costs can be reimbursed, and flexible working options are available.
