NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Ward Manager for Brookside Adolescent Inpatient Unit to lead clinical nursing care and deliver safe, effective services.

The role includes line management, professional accountability, and collaborating with stakeholders; a strong CAMHS background is essential.

You will contribute to developing new models of care within a supportive Trust environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (Essential qualification).
• Significant CAMHS experience (essential).

Responsabilités

• Lead in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
• Manage daily ward functioning and staff, resources and workforce development.
• Embed supervision, appraisal and PDP in practice.
• Provide visible leadership to staff, patients and carers.
• Promote evidence-based nursing interventions and SMART care plans.
• Provide cover for other services at Brookside if required.
