Job summary

Digitech Studio School in Warmley is seeking reliable Exam Invigilators to join our Exams Team for mock and formal assessment periods. You will support students during examinations, ensuring fair, secure and smooth conduct in line with JCQ regulations.

This flexible, casual role requires good organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a collaborative mindset to help create a positive examination experience for every student.

Qualifications

• Experience understanding and following processes and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure or during unexpected circumstances.
• Caring and understanding attitude towards students.
• Capable of working as part of a team or on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Invigilate examinations to ensure fair, efficient conduct in line with JCQ regulations.
• Support students during mock and formal assessments throughout the academic year.
• Prepare examination rooms and materials ahead of each session.
• Maintain a calm, supportive environment for candidates during exams.
• Assist as Reader or Scribe where required and follow academy procedures.
