Isle of Man Government is seeking a Senior Education Support Officer - Cover Supervisor for Ballakermeen High School. This term-time position supports learning during short-term teacher absence, delivering work and promoting inclusivity across subjects.

It requires calm presence, strong communication and organisational skills to keep students engaged and safe throughout the day. You will join a supportive team, with a focus on wellbeing, ICT use, and strong partnership with teachers and parents.

Qualifications

• Term-time role: 38 weeks per year.
• Deliver set work and supervise classes during short-term teacher absence.
• Support behaviour and help students stay focused and included across subjects.
