Job summary

Mecca, part of The Rank Group plc, is seeking a confident Bingo Caller to energise sessions, deliver clear, engaging calls, and create memorable moments for guests from start to finish across our venues.

You’ll call numbers accurately, announce prizes, explain game formats, and keep sessions on time while supporting across the venue with light service tasks. Real contracts from 8–35 hours, paid breaks, and rewards are on offer.

Qualifications

• Confident communication and a warm, welcoming approach.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a busy, fast moving environment.
• Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality or customer service is helpful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, confident calls and create great moments for guests, keeping the room engaged from start to finish.
• Call numbers accurately, lead prize announcements, explain game formats clearly, and keep sessions running on time.
• Support across the venue with light service tasks and keep your area tidy; reset floor between games.
• Follow Safer gambling, licensing and age-restricted procedures; report incidents promptly.

As a Bingo Caller, you’ll be the voice of the session—delivering clear, confident calls, creating great moments for guests, and keeping the room engaged from start to finish. You’ll follow clear standards, support across the venue, and elevate issues when needed.

Your Impact

• Safety & compliance: follow safer gambling, licensing and age restricted procedures; report incidents promptly; maintain accurate game processes.
• One team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and support across the venue—floor, F&B, hosting—so everything runs smoothly.
