Job summary

EE's Truro contact centre is hiring a Sales Advisor on a part-time basis. You’ll join a lively team taking incoming calls from existing EE customers to help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.

This role is 20 or 25 hours per week with shifts Monday to Friday 16:45–21:00 (an earlier finish at 20:00 may be possible). Start date is 21/09/2026, with uncapped commission and strong benefits. If you enjoy talking to people and solving problems, this could be for you.

Qualifications

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You’ll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you’ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
