Job Overview

Our client, based in Tamworth, requires Part time Contact Call Centre Operatives (NO COLD CALLING). No previous experience necessary as full training is provided. 12 week temporary assignment. Duties include dealing with incoming calls from members and delivering excellent customer service to handle queries. Liaising with engineers via telephone and email to ensure members jobs are dealt with efficiently. Assisting with any other general admin office duties, such as filing, copying and basic data entry. Using Microsoft Word and Excel program.
