A well-known optical retailer in Cobham is seeking a customer care professional to handle calls and administration tasks. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, updating customer files, and liaising with external parties. The role offers a salary of £27,000 per annum, Monday to Friday hours, and various benefits including holiday time and access to wellness programs.
We are ideally looking for someone with strong communication skills from a call centre type environment to join the team doing customer care calls as well as some administration at Specsavers based in the offices in Cobham, you'll be a key part of our business. You'll make sure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you'll always put the customers first. This will also involve updating customer files so attention to detail is key as are excellent communication skills as your clinical team are going to be carrying out clinics across the region. Liaising with external parties is also part of the role, so confidence when dealing with people is essential.
