The Role
  • Carry out calibration work both on-site and at customer locations, ensuring all instruments meet UKAS and traceable standards.
  • Produce accurate certification and maintain up-to-date records using calibration software systems.
  • Support internal teams with technical advice and assistance.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with ISO 17025:2017 standards.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication and reliable service delivery.
About You
  • You’ll have experience working within a calibration or testing environment.
  • A good understanding of ISO 17025:2017 is essential.
  • Familiarity with electrical, temperature, pressure, or flow calibration will be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently are key.
  • Strong IT skills and experience using systems such as IndySoft, Salesforce, or Epicor (or similar).
