Job summary

Euro Projects Recruitment - Engineering, Manufacturing & Technology is recruiting for a Calibration Engineer in the Midlands. Enjoy a 4-day week (Mon-Thu), with excellent benefits and on-site as well as work-from-home flexibility.

The role covers calibration across medical and aerospace environments and includes travel to various sites across the region. In this field-based position you will provide calibration services at customer sites, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Calibration Engineers with experience in any relevant discipline.
• Field Service Engineers looking to move into calibration.
• Electrical, dimensional or force calibration experience.
• Customer-facing and travel readiness.
• Positive “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide calibration services at customer sites across multiple disciplines.
• Work across Electrical, Force, Dimensional, Mass, Torque, Temperature, Pressure, Optical and Rheology calibrations.
• Training will be provided where required.
• Field-based role covering Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Northampton, Warwickshire and surrounding regions, with some overnight stays.

The role

As a Calibration Engineer, you'll provide calibration services at customer sites, working across disciplines such as:

Electrical | Force | Dimensional | Mass | Torque | Temperature | Pressure | Optical | Rheology

You don't need experience across all of these areas — training will be provided where required.

You'll be field-based, covering areas including Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Northampton, Warwickshire and surrounding regions, with around 2 nights away from home per week on average.
