The Calculations & Benefits Analyst role sits within the Calculations & Benefits team, part of the Client Onboarding & Change division within the Pension Administration service line. The Calculations & Benefits Analyst supports the successful delivery and ongoing operation of a range of technical pensions workstreams, including Isio's Pensions Dashboards programme, GMPe and client onboarding. The role involves keeping technical benefit specifications up to date, supporting the onboarding of new schemes, and developing and maintaining bespoke calculation solutions. The role will initially focus on Pensions Dashboards, supporting delivery in line with regulatory dashboard refresh requirements. The role will work closely with the Administration business, in particular the Admin Systems and Admin BAU teams, as well as stakeholders from across Isio and third parties. This role can be based in our Reading, Birmingham, Manchester, Croydon or Bristol city centre office with a hybrid workstyle.
