Job summary

QD Stores Ltd in Doncaster is hiring Cafe Assistants to join our team. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare hot and cold drinks, serve counter food and handle payments with a friendly, efficient approach.

You will work 23.5 hours per week over 4 days on a flexible rota, with on-the-job training and benefits including employee discounts, additional holidays, a pension scheme, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred.
• Friendly, approachable and able to communicate clearly.
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks and serve counter food.
• Process customer payments accurately at the till.
• Maintain clean, tidy cafe and comply with health & safety rules.
• Assist colleagues as needed and support smooth service.
