We're now recruiting an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead one of our Asda Café teams – a hands‑on leader who loves food, thrives on great service, and knows how to bring out the best in people. What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving fresh, tasty food to the highest standards.
• Leading, motivating, and developing your café team to deliver exceptional service.
• Overseeing daily operations – from stock control and compliance to budgets and weekly business returns.
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met.
• Working closely with your Asda Store Manager and Compass line manager to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences.
• Taking pride in your café's performance and finding ways to make it even better every day.
