We're now recruiting an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead one of our Asda Café teams – a hands‑on leader who loves food, thrives on great service, and knows how to bring out the best in people. If you're ready to make every customer visit special, inspire your team, and build something brilliant in your local Asda store, this could be your next big step.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing and serving fresh, tasty food to the highest standards.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing your café team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Overseeing daily operations – from stock control and compliance to budgets and weekly business returns.
  • Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met.
  • Working closely with your Asda Store Manager and Compass line manager to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences.
  • Taking pride in your café's performance and finding ways to make it even better every day.
