We are seeking a Caf?? Manager to lead the daily operations of our caf?? within a dynamic agricultural retail environment. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, excellent service, and team leadership. As Caf?? Manager, you will ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and team performance, making every customer\'s visit a delightful experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the caf?? team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
  • Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control waste to maintain efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and seasonal offerings to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the caf?? and related areas.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage rotas to meet business needs effectively.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of caf?? staff to build a strong team.
