International Students House in London is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead its on-site cafe team at Vauxhall, within a brand-new building. The full-time role includes supervising and motivating staff, ensuring smooth operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving sales while maintaining high Food and Health & Safety standards.

Shifts are five days out of seven (Mon–Fri plus weekends) with a salary of £38,000, and a focus on developing people and creating a welcoming

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at International Students House

Location – International Students House Vauxhall (located at 238 Kennington Lane) provides affordable and friendly accommodation in our brand-new building.

• Breakfast and lunch are available in our Café, which is open 8 am to 4 pm daily.
• Relax on our rooftop terrace with views across London, including The Oval Cricket ground, which is very close by. Just a short walk away from Kennington Park – a large and attractive Victorian park with winding paths in a historic and peaceful atmosphere. A 10-minute walk to the Albert Embankment, where you can cross Vauxhall Bridge to visit Tate Britain, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben.

We Offer:

• Rate: £38,000
• Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends
• Contract: Full Time

About the Cafe Manager role:
