What You’ll Be Doing

As Café Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action - leading your team to deliver delicious food, outstanding service, and a friendly atmosphere that makes every guest feel at home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving fresh, tasty food to the highest standards.
• Leading, motivating, and developing your café team to deliver exceptional service.
• Overseeing daily operations - from stock control and compliance to budgets and weekly business returns.
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met.
• Working closely with your Asda Store Manager and Compass line manager to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences.
• Taking pride in your café’s performance and finding ways to make it even better every day.
