Tesco Café is seeking a Chef with hospitality experience to join one of our lively café kitchens. You will manage daily kitchen operations, including preparation and food storage, delivering delicious meals that keep customers coming back.

You will share your busy-environment expertise with the team, emphasising health and safety, waste reduction, and high-quality, speedy service. You’ll help build an inclusive, respectful workplace and grow as a leader within Tesco Café.

• Experience in hospitality, especially in busy cafe settings.

Responsibilities

• Storage and preparation in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Deliver timely, tasty food to customers while maintaining standards and portion specs.
• Identify new and better ways of working to continually improve service for customers and colleagues.
• Health and safety and food safety requirements are met.
• Understand the key drivers of our service plan and deliver to the required standard.
