Café and Bar Manager

We're looking for a passionate and driven Café and Bar Manager to lead our established team through an exciting new chapter at M Shed. With a complete renovation of the café and bar area underway, this is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a newly developed space in one of Bristol's most iconic cultural venues.

What you'll do:

• Drive high standards across both café and bar operations
• Lead the introduction of a newly redeveloped café and bar area
• Train, support and develop the team to deliver exceptional service
• Manage rotas, stock, compliance and day-to-day operations
• Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth transitions and consistent quality

What we're looking for:

• Proven management experience in hospitality
• Previous barista and bar experience is highly desirable
• A confident leader with a hands-on approach
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Someone excited to run a newly developed café and bar space

Details:

• 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days out of 7
• Shifts include evenings, with finish times up to 10:30pm
• Work in a vibrant, waterfront location with an established team
