Qualifications

  • Knowledge and practice within public law, particularly after the first hearing.

£37.75 per hour (A7 level)

Job Description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Family Court Advisor for its client. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires travel across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Gloucestershire & BANES.

Responsibilities
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children involved in family court proceedings.
  • Provide independent social work advice and recommendations to the court.
  • Prepare high-quality case analyses and written reports for hearings.
  • Work on cases after the first hearing within public law proceedings.
  • Balance remote working with attendance at your local CAFCASS office for team meetings and development days.
  • Travel across the region as required.
