Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Mansfield is seeking a Graduate CAD Technician to produce and amend AutoCAD drawings for bespoke joinery and interior projects. You will support design work from concept through to manufacture while developing your knowledge of joinery, manufacturing processes and project delivery.

The role offers flexitime, hybrid working after the initial period, and overtime at enhanced rates when required, with training and progression opportunities.

Are you a Graduate CAD Technician, CAD Technician, Design Technician, or similar with AutoCAD experience and an interest in joinery, looking to join a company offering excellent training, flexitime, progression, and the opportunity to develop your skills within design?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established projects business working on bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects. You will receive hands-on training while producing technical drawings, supporting design work, and developing your knowledge of joinery, manufacturing processes, and project delivery.

In this varied role, you will produce and amend AutoCAD drawings, support the design of bespoke joinery packages, create technical details for manufacture, and work closely with project teams, workshop staff, and clients to ensure drawings are accurate and practical. You will be involved in taking designs from initial concept through to production, while developing your technical design knowledge.

This role would suit a Graduate CAD Technician or similar with AutoCAD experience and an interest in joinery who is looking for a role offering training, progression, flexitime, semi-hybrid working after the first few months, and overtime at enhanced rates when required.

The Role:

• Producing AutoCAD drawings for bespoke joinery and interior projects

• Flexitime, semi-hybrid after the first few months, with enhanced overtime as needed

The Person:

• Graduate CAD Technician, CAD Technician, Design Technician, or similar
• AutoCAD experience with an interest in joinery or design
• Commutable to Mansfield
