CAD Manager – Engineering Projects

Salary: £45,000 + 33 Days Holiday

Location: Falkirk

Are you a CAD Manager looking for a fresh challenge, a chance to lead a team working on multiple big engineering projects? Or are you ready to take the step up into management and lead a CAD team working on major engineering projects? Engenda Group are looking for a CAD Manager to head up a small, dedicated team delivering design support across petrochemical, wastewater, power, and energy projects.

No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing the CAD team to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Overseeing the effective use of CAD tools and processes (Laser Scan, Cloud Point, Revit, BIM).
• Maintaining and enforcing design standards and best practice.
• Acting as a link between CAD, design, engineering, and project management.
• Ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, project timelines, and internal quality standards.

This isn’t just a desk-based role; you’ll also get out on site to see projects first-hand and work directly with management teams, giving you visibility and support at every stage.

You will be working out of Engenda's flagship EPC office, Antonine Hub, a state of the art office on the outskirts of Callendar Park, giving you the chance to explore Falkirk’s green space before, after and during work.
