Qualifications

• Proven experience producing detailed CAD drawings for site-based projects.
• Willingness to conduct regular UK site visits and gather measurements.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and design coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for projects.
• Interpret briefs, specs, and site data to develop accurate drawings.
• Visit sites to gather measurements and verify conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Update drawings through project lifecycle with version control.
• Identify design or constructability issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure CAD outputs meet industry standards and safety requirements.
