CAD Designer / CAD Draughtsperson - Bespoke Joinery & Luxury Interiors

Location: Basildon (Workshop-based)

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

We're working with a specialist in high-end bespoke joinery and woodwork design, supplying some of the most prestigious restaurants and hospitality venues in London — including exclusive sites in Mayfair and other high-profile locations across the UK.

The Role

You'll play a key part in turning design concepts into precise technical drawings and production-ready plans. Working closely with skilled joiners and project managers, you'll bring unique, high-quality pieces to life — from luxury restaurant furniture to intricate interior features.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed CAD drawings and workshop drawings for bespoke joinery projects
• Liaise with design and production teams to ensure technical accuracy
• Translate design intent into clear manufacturing documentation
• Support the workshop team with technical problem-solving and detailing
• Ensure all work meets exacting quality and aesthetic standards

About You

• Proven experience as a CAD Designer/Draughtsperson in joinery, furniture, or interiors
