Job summary

Middlesbrough-based opportunity with Mane Energy for an experienced HV Cable Puller to support SGRE offshore wind projects. Role includes pulling and installing HV cables inside SGRE wind turbine generators, following procedures and safety standards on a 12-month contract with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation.

Awaited SGTT training; English communication at B1/B2 minimum; full UK right to work required and 12-hour shifts. Location: Middlesbrough Seaton, Able Yard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HV Cable Puller on SGRE offshore wind turbines/WTGs.
• Experience with HV cable routing and installation.
• SGTT training/experience desirable; willingness to complete required SGTT training.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Professional English communication skills (B1/B2 minimum).
• Full UK right to work.
• Availability for the full 12-month contract from August 2026.

HV Cable Puller - SGRE WTG | Middlesbrough

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced HV Cable Pullers to support a major offshore wind project in the UK. The role is based in Middlesbrough, working on SGRE (Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy) wind turbine generators. This is a 12-month contract, commencing early September 2026, with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation and 12-hour shifts.

• Carry out HV cable pulling and installation within SGRE wind turbine generators.
• Handle, route and position HV cables in accordance with project procedures and technical requirements.
• Work safely as part of a specialist turbine installation team.
