Overview

Staffline is recruiting for a Cabin Quality Supervisor to work for our client at London Heathrow Airport.

Applicants require a minimum of 3 years of residence in the UK.

A full UK Manual Driving Licence must be held.

The rate of pay is £16.53 per hour.

Shifts - mornings and afternoons, depending on availability, rotational roster 5 days working 3 days off, you will need to be flexible with times as these will change

An example of the shift hours for 40 hours per week (5 on 3 off pattern):

  • Day 1: 06:00am to 14:30pm
  • Day 2: 06:00am to 14:30pm
  • Day 3: 06:00am to 14:30pm
  • Day 4: 14:30pm to 23:00pm
  • Day 5: 14:30pm to 23:00pm

The Airport is operational 7 days per week and candidates will be working on a 5 on 3 off and you will need to be fully flexible with the days and hours you can work. This could be subject to change!

The responsibilities of a Cabin Quality Supervisor
  • Deliver on-the-job training and hands-on coaching to colleagues, ensuring excellence in cabin cleaning techniques, adherence to quality standards, and full compliance with cleaning specifications.
  • Support the professional growth of cabin appearance colleagues by identifying and nurturing future supervisors through continuous development and upskilling opportunities.
  • Actively participate as a member of the team, taking part in day-to-day aircraft cleaning tasks to lead by example and maintain high operational standards.
  • Promote and embed an inclusive, welcoming team culture where all colleagues feel valued and supported, particularly when new team members join.
  • Actively contribute to the onboarding process, helping new colleagues feel confident, connected, and well-prepared from day one.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, fostering a safe and proactive working environment for all.
  • Undertake additional operational responsibilities as required, supporting the wider team and business objectives with flexibility and professionalism.
Our Perfect Worker

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a full UK driving licence, enabling flexibility across operational duties and locations.
  • Has lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years or more, as all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC).
  • Demonstrates genuine pride in their work, consistently striving for high standards in cleanliness and presentation.
  • Brings a strong work ethic, showing reliability, initiative, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives as part of a team, supporting others and contributing positively to a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Ideally has previous experience in cleaning and/or in a supervisory capacity, though full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

PLEASE NOTE: As this position is in the aviation industry, successful applicants must be able to provide 5-year checkable history.
