Job description

As an important member of the Cabins team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cabins are built in a timely manner to ensure products meet the build schedule and dispatch deadline.

Responsibilities
  • Working on a busy workshop to assemble cabins for production.
  • Operating power and manual tools,
  • Reading engineering drawings and producing high quality products to exact specifications.
  • Working to set production targets.
  • Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance to all general site Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures
  • Any other duties as required by management to suit business needs.
  • Adherence to company health and safety procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Be able to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Previous experience in a production-based role within an engineering capacity
  • Able to use a wide range of carpentry or woodwork tools
  • Have proven literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Able to communicate problems - issues with all team members.
  • Available to work flexible hours when required with notice
  • Have previous joinery experience.
  • Joinery qualifications.
