• Flexibility: Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
• Customer Service: Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Language: Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.

Your Journey to Becoming a Qualified Cabin Crew Member

Your journey begins with a 6‑week training course, where you’ll learn all the fundamental skills you’ll need for your day‑to‑day role delivering a top‑class safety and customer service experience to our guests. During the course, you’ll study and sit exams at regular intervals. The training culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by receiving your Cabin Crew Wings—the moment you officially become part of the Ryanair family.

What Life as Cabin Crew Really Looks Like

Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding—but it’s also a demanding position where safety is our number one priority. You’ll be required to operate both early and late shifts:

• Early roster: Report for duty as early as 5:00 AM.
• Afternoon roster: Not return home until midnight.
