Your Training Journey – From Beginner to Cabin Crew.

Your path to becoming a qualified cabin crew member begins with a 6-week training course, where you'll learn everything you need to deliver a top-class safety and customer service experience to our guests. The course is intensive—you'll study and sit exams at regular intervals—but it's designed to prepare you thoroughly. At the end, you'll complete Supernumerary flights and receive your Cabin Crew Wings, officially marking your arrival as part of the Ryanair family.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding—but it's also demanding, and safety is our number one priority. You'll work both early and late shifts: Early roster: Report for duty as early as 5:00 AM. Afternoon roster: Not return home until midnight. If you're not a morning person, think carefully before applying. What We Need From You.
