This role involves managing base performance and scheduling, enhancing crew performance standards, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in a relevant operational environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a Human Resource qualification. Flexible working is essential.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing our Cabin Crew Base performance, roster preparation, scheduling, pre‑flight planning and personnel administration while ensuring clear communication and engagement with our Cabin Crew community and all other related departments.
