Your Journey to Becoming Cabin Crew

Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member will start on a 6-week training course, where you will learn all the fundamental skills you'll require as part of your day-to-day role—delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to our guests. During the course, you will be required to study, with exams taking place at regular intervals. The training culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by your Cabin Crew Wings. Once you've earned your wings, you'll be ready to take to the skies!

Life as Cabin Crew – What to Expect

Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding—it is, however, a demanding position where safety is our number one priority. You'll be required to operate both early and late shifts and report for duty as early as 5 AM on the early roster, and not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster.
