Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member will start with a 6-week training course, where you will learn all the fundamental skills you will require as part of your day-to-day role—delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to our guests. During the course, you will be required to study with exams taking place at regular intervals. The training culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by your Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding—it is, however, a demanding position where safety is our number one priority.
