Job summary

CAA Sports is offering a paid, full-time 12-week internship programme in London from 18 January to 9 April 2027. Interns will work full time in the London offices, supporting various projects within the assigned department and gaining exposure to the operations side of the business.

• Work alongside Registered Intermediaries during the summer transfer window.
• Engage in learning experiences and meet clients, friends of the business and other industry stakeholders.

About the Role

CAA Sports is welcoming a group of interns to its London offices as part of a paid, full-time 12-week programme running from 18 January to 9 April 2027. Interns work full time for the duration of the programme at one of the London offices, supporting a variety of projects within their assigned department. The programme is designed to help interns develop a career in an industry they are passionate about, and the CAA BASE department represents many of the world's leading football players, managers and coaches, providing best-in-class service to clients on and off the field throughout their careers.
