Assignments are led and ad hoc, may be online or face-to-face, with a focus on C-Suite work. You must operate as a UK limited company and be eligible to work in the UK.

Base locations include Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Cheshire or North Wales, with flexible rates depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working within or for C-Suite teams.
• Ability to deliver training and consultancy to diverse audiences.
• Operate as a UK-registered limited company and manage own tax/leasing obligations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning interventions (online and in person).
• Provide consultancy solutions to employers on inclusion and diversity matters.
• Manage ad hoc, assignment-led work with senior leaders and boards.
