Abbott in Witney is seeking a passionate C#/.NET software developer to join the Operations Systems Engineering team. You will contribute to end-to-end software solutions for the manufacture of glucose monitoring components, working in a regulated medical device environment.

The role emphasizes Test Driven Development, collaboration across QA, Operations and R&D, and participation in SCRUM ceremonies to deliver high-quality software for both embedded and data analytic tooling.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic C#/.NET developer building a career in a regulated environment.
• Experience delivering software in industry with a focus on quality and traceability.
• Familiar with Test Driven Development and SCRUM/DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with technical stakeholders to help product owners define technical requirements.
• Develop software solutions (C#) in line with agreed priorities.
• Actively participate in all SCRUM ceremonies.
• Join the rest of the engineers to manage the BAU backlog.
