Job summary

DPD UK Preston is hiring a Category C+E Driver to join our nationwide transport network. You will handle multi-drop routes across the local area, ensuring time-sensitive deliveries while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence with CE entitlement, at least 1 year of LGV C+E experience, and a current UK CPC card plus a Digital Tachograph card. We value reliability, safety, and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence with CE entitlement.
• At least 1 year of experience operating LGV C+E vehicles.
• Current UK CPC Card and a valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-drop collections and deliveries across local area with time-sensitive schedules.
• Maintain strict adherence to time-critical scheduling and company standards for service.
• Keep accurate digital journey records and comply with tachograph and transport regulations.
• Assist in safe loading/unloading of trailers and maintain freight integrity and security.
• Represent the DPD brand professionally in all interactions and adapt to a flexible, solution-oriented approach.
