JD Sports Fashion plc Buyers Admin Assistant is seeking an admin-focused professional to support the buying team with range and sample administration, documentation, and reporting.

The role involves assisting with range management, creating product sheets, taking meeting minutes, chasing suppliers, and ensuring timely and accurate imagery and information across JD platforms. Strong MS Office skills and a passion for sportwear trends are essential.

Qualifications

• JD retail experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of sportswear fashion trends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Good organisational skills and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Buyer with day-to-day range and samples.
• Manage post and documentation for samples.
• Compile weekly competitor shopping reports.
• Create and maintain product sheets with up-to-date images.
• Take minutes in meetings and follow up actions.
• Monitor web lines for correct intake images on the website.
• Provide sell-through information to brands weekly.
• Run rankings for Top 20 and Top 50 lines from last week’s trade.
• Produce quarterly trend reports.
