Buying & Merchandising Assistant

We’re now looking for a Buying & Merchandising Assistant to join our design leading team.

TBCo is seeking a talented Buying & Merchandising Assistant to join our dynamic team in Leith, Edinburgh.

What you'll be doing:
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Supporting the product journey from design to final product through SKU creation, sample management, attending fit sessions and beyond.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Build strong relationships with suppliers & freight forwarders, managing shipment intakes and tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Ensuring data accuracy to provide essential insights to support informed decision‑making.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high product standards through rigorous quality checks.
  • Sustainability Focus: Contribute to our commitment to a greener future by supporting EPR and Net Zero initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Gain insight across the business. Lend a hand to the wider team, including photoshoot assistance and retail support.
What we're looking for:

This is a full time entry level role, any relevant Retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Details:
  • Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid), minimum 4 days per week in the office
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
