We are supporting a global online fashion retailer on their search for a senior buying candidate to support the launch of a new brand initiative in Europe. This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy, build new assortments, and influence the commercial direction of a brand from the ground up.

This role will lead their buying strategy and assortment planning for a new European brand initiative. You will identify trend opportunities, product gaps, and commercial levers to drive brand positioning and growth.

You will oversee supplier selection, negotiation, sourcing strategy, and cost management, partnering closely with design, merchandising, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand collections.

Their ideal candidate will have extensive senior experience in buying within fashion, with a proven track record in building or launching new ranges, departments, or brands. Strong supplier relationships and a well-developed network across the UK and Europe is essential.

This role will be considered on a part time, full time or consultancy basis.
