On our 2 year Buying Graduate Programme, you’ll rotate across different categories, gaining hands-on experience in :

Range planning and development

Supplier negotiations and relationship management

Sales tracking and performance analysis

Promotional planning and execution

Competitor and market research

Product lifecycle management

From day one, you’ll support Buyers in making commercial decisions, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring product availability. You’ll be involved in everything from line listing and cost / retail changes to resolving store and supplier queries.

You’ll also contribute to promotional strategies, raise and reconcile invoices, and help shape category performance through data-driven insights.
