• Experience with administration and customer service
• Confidence in speaking to customers both on the phone and in person
• Friendly and approachable demeanor when dealing with customers onsite
• Proficiency in computer systems such as Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge or experience with social media and marketing is beneficial

Responsibilities of the Buying Assistant

Motormoolah receives over 300 digital enquiries daily from customers wanting to sell their vehicles. You will work in our office as part of a team of buyers, handling onsite customers and incoming enquiries. Your basic wage will be supplemented by a competitive commission structure based on achieving targets related to sales conversion and other key metrics. We also hold regular competitions with financial rewards.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, including weekends
